Our team has extensive experience in international headhunting of C-levels, middle managers, highly talented creative people.

For our clients we have the capacity of selecting on a European basis all the key people who are necessary for a company.

We offer a significant range of training offerings in coaching, for executives, middle managers, creative people.  We have specific individual executive coaching programs, with our dedicated proprietary methodology “Blueshift”.

We offer team coaching programs, and programs that mix team coaching and individual coaching. We were among the first in Italy to offer specific coaching programs dedicated to DE&I. 

Lang&Partners is since many years “Coaching and Training Organisation of the Association for Coaching London”.

A key priority for our coachees is often the need to communicate more impactfully, both in one-to-many and in peer to peer contexts, in order to maximize expressive performance in social networks, videos, meetings with team and stakeholders.

We have a proprietary methodology that aims at improving our coachees’ communication style, both technically and strategically.

The first essential step is a communication check-up: a real scanning of the coachee communication skills, identifying strengths and weaknesses.

The technical approach allows to refine, through exercises and simulations, the coachee paraverbal and non-verbal parameters.

The strategic approach aims at consolidating the coachee argumentative strategy: we improve negotiation and selling skills and reinforce persuasive dynamics.

Some examples of projects we have worked on in recent years:

  • we worked as consultants for a TV program dedicated to fashion: we used our network to involve some of the most appreciated names in international fashion;
  • we collaborated with an international private banking company, which we consulted as business advisors in  their approach to the world of luxury; the project was very successful in terms of image and business;
  • we consulted some of the most promising emerging fashion designers as  their "business advisors", in their contacts with fashion business key players and investors, helping them in bulding their international success.

About us

Our Founder is Roberto D'Incau, HR Professional with a truly international cultural and professional background: he has worked all over Europe, speaks five languages fluently.

Roberto, before founding Lang&Partners, was a Senior Partner of global HR consulting companies: he has achieved a significant experience at international level as a headhunter and as an executive coach.

He is considered as an opinion leader in HR topics, with a significant number of followers in his social networks.

Has published several books on HR issues; is a contributor to various business magazines.

Roberto has always been personally involved in the issues of inclusion.

Creativity, rigor, passion are his credos.

Francesco Palmieri is a Senior Partner of Lang&Partners.

He has professional experiences in the digital sector and worked as an executive in the fashion sector of a top publishing group.

There he developed a true passion for fashion, creativity and new media, built an important network in these sectors, which led him to joining Lang&Partners in 2010.

Today, he is responsible for all Lang&Partners headhunting projects. He delivered hundreds of scoutings all over Europe, both at C- and middle management levels. He also has to his credit the scouting of very well known fashion designers.

We are a boutique-sized HR consulting firm, and want to keep on being this. We now have various Senior Consultants, each with a different and complementary expertise, all characterized by three things: tailored attention to customer needs and details; desire to execute our projects in a "best in class" way; passion.

We always strive, as a group, to provide our customers with the most effective and, if possible, innovative solution. We try to deserve every day what is a compliment that in these years of activity we have heard several times "You are different".
